Empowering Conversations through B.L.A.C.C.
Led by the Building Leaders and Creating Community (B.L.A.C.C.) Employee Resource Group (ERG), the panel provided an engaging platform for discussing personal experiences, career insights, and pathways to success in sports. Created in 2023, the B.L.A.C.C. ERG aims to foster year-round community engagement and professional development among all employees, according to Chidera Udeh and Marquis White, the group's co-leads.

This year’s panel featured notable figures including Ted Crews, Crystal Sain, Brice McAllister, and Ariyanna Robb, offering diverse perspectives on careers in sports. The conversation, moderated by Jasmine Baker, emphasized the importance of mentorship and authenticity in navigating the challenges of the sports world. A Commitment to Continuous Growth
With an ongoing focus on education, community engagement, and enhancing the organizational culture, the B.L.A.C.C. ERG’s initiatives extend beyond just February celebrations. Meka White Morris, the executive sponsor of B.L.A.C.C, expressed pride in the group’s momentum, emphasizing that the panel is just one of many ways the Bears are working to create impactful spaces for dialogue.
The Impact of Representation
