Latisha Mckenzie, Group STEM and Social Mobility Lead and co-Chair of ONE, expressed her gratitude for the dedication of the team, saying, “Their hard work has been so important in providing invaluable support, facilitating important conversations, and driving action toward diversity and inclusion.”
Achievements recognized during the Ethnicity Awards include numerous educational and community outreach programs such as mandatory Unconscious Bias training, Black History Month celebrations, and initiatives designed to attract youth to STEM career paths. Events like Diwali celebrations and discussions on microaggressions have fostered a culture of openness and understanding.
